Shipping Policy

GloveBrand, will deliver your protective gloves as quickly as possible in perfect condition. We dispatch goods using Royal Mail (depending on size, value and delivery location). 

Delivery is free for all orders to UK mainland addresses. For all other UK orders, delivery is free

 

DELIVERY TIMES 

 In Stock, the product(s) will usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 16:00 (Monday to Friday). If ordered after 16:00, item(s) will be dispatched on next working day. 

Where a delivery expectation is not stated, dispatchment of goods shall be as quick as possible, this normally is within 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your safety gloves promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

GloveBrand Ltd commits to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. GloveBrand Ltd, Subject to verification by of any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement goods, returned within 14 days of purchase. On receipt of the returned product, test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Following the testing process, such product is found without defect, we will return the product to you. GloveBrand Ltd, will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. GloveBrand Ltd, will only accept authorised returns by way of Customer Services. They will provide you a Returns note, please attached to the items to be returned. GloveBrand Ltd , reserve the right to charge carriage on all goods returned. GloveBrand Ltd’s Customer Service will advise method of delivery to use returning the products. Our Customer Service will request that you return the product to us directly. GloveBrand Ltd asks you to return it to us directly, proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery, and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. GloveBrand Ltd cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. responsibility tis yours to wrap the product adequately preventing damage. GloveBrand Ltd, does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. GloveBrand Ltd will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period and will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything, however arising. Your statutory rights are not affected. . Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by GloveBrand Ltd. The customer agrees to keep the goods identifiable as the property of GloveBrand Ltd and keep them stored in merchandisable condition.
